Comprehensive Security Training From Military Professionals

Although we regularly make use of the latest technologies to provide robust unmanned security, XFOR is focused on the wellbeing and development of its employees and offers an ongoing process of training to maximise skills and abilities.

Every new recruit to XFOR completes an intensive process of initial training, either as part of our Security Officer Academy or Technical Training College. This sits alongside our extensive Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) course, designed to prepare operatives for the potentially dangerous climate of Kenya.

From alarm engineer to emergency response team, each individual XFOR employee is taught by former British or African military personnel to the highest possible standards. As the needs of security change over time, our employees are routinely retrained to ensure consistently outstanding performance.
